Jarem dips down after it, "Sure thing, Queen," he calls, as you begin to approach the crystal.

This is it, alright. The force of all the disturbances - and it's badly unstable and slowly degenerating. Things are only going to get worse without serious intervention.

Alyssa runs spells and techniques through her mind, trying to figure out what would stabilize the crystal.

A dimensional anchor or dimensional lock would work, or anything in that vein.

Might need some power behind it, though.

Okay. If I use Summon Monster X to summon a Ghaele Eladrin, would it have Dimensional Anchor or Dimensional Lock? Alternatively, I can use it to summon 1d4+1 Firre Eladrin who do have Dimensional Anchor on their typically prepared list, and is there a way for me to sacrifice like one of my 12th level spells to provide them more oomph?

It would only if it has it on the example spell list provided. Otherwise it would not.
