Honeydip is holding well, forcing a good line and pushing the daemons back. Your own efforts are going well - the daemons are beginning to fall back, away from the portals and the Cauldron, which are no longer expanding.

Is this it, somehow?

Seira diligently continues closing the portals, giving her army a chance at their hard-earned victory. Once the invasion is defeated, it would have been through their efforts rather than Seira herself holding their hands.

[Anastasia]

Honeydip is advancing cautiously, not over extending. Yet the portals are closing, daemons fleeing you faster and faster when...

Seira, scouts report there's another force approaching, and the retreating daemons are moving to link up to it. It's not immediately close, I think we outperformed them here.

[Corwin]

I'll trust in Honeydip crushing the force she's chasing before they can link to their allies, Seira responds, keeping to her plan. With her army exceeding expectations in this way, she won't deny them the satisfaction of taking advantage of the enemy's failures in planning!

The battle's going well - the daemons are in full retreat now. A good deal look to be getting away however, as Honeydip is fighting inherently defensively here. None dare come close to you, fleeing the moment your gaze is on them, if they aren't already running away.

Seira decides to zoom ahead now and deal with the other enemy force!

Going to use a long-ranged spell, so once I'm 1,800ft away from the second army I'll blast them~

[Anastasia]

How long range are we talking here?

[Corwin]

I mean the range of the ability you're using, total. Like how big a boom is this gonna be, so I can sort it out on in one post.

[Corwin]

It's Lunatic Storm. At my CL, we're talking 11 spheres.

[Anastasia]

You fly on ahead a bit, catching up close to the retreating elements. You don't see the second army right away - they must not be that close.

Up to you if you wanna pursue this longer than a minute or so or do something else. You could also blast the retreating elements if you prefer, you have the range and power to do so.

[Corwin]

Seira decides to trust in the scouts and just use her superior speed to reach the reinforcements. Once she's dealt with them, she'll see about helping Honeydip catch the original force in a pincer.

[Anastasia]

Thus you fly ahead into the Silver Sea. The question now becomes: Do you follow the retreating elements or rely on other means to try and track down this second force?

Just looking for your plan here, be it magic, some ability or simply asking for more directions.

[Corwin]

I'm proceeding in the same direction the retreat happens while asking Kascha for better directions from the scouts, who actually know where the other force is.

[Anastasia]

Keep going that way. It's hard to tell in the Astral, but it won't be immediate to find them. So keep an eye out for scouts as you go, Seira. I'll let you know if our scouts find anything else.
