Family's going to Puerto Rico from tomorrow to Sunday. I ended up not making plans to go because I knew I had deliverables at work due this week.

Which I have been on the client's case all of the last three weeks to make sure we can issue per schedule.

Which today the client is all "What do you mean you're issuing this thursday? We're not ready to issue, we're still reviewing all the changes!"

All of the changes which I sent documentation on two and a half weeks ago and said I wanted a response on last week (and didn't get).

Amazing what the client forgets until it's two days before deadline and then they want to shift the schedule. And afterwards forget they're the ones who pushed the schedule.

Coulda been in Puerto Rico most of this week.

The problem with the damn project is that they just sent an email earlier saying to cut all work on the next phase of the project. Which I was going to start on next week. So...not exactly sure what I'll be doing next week, if I have a project, or what's going on and just have a lot of questions for tomorrow.

Jetlag fucked destroyed me this week.  Monday was fine.  Tuesday I collapsed end of day.  Wendesday I was like 'DAY OF THE LIVING DEAD'.  Thursday I kinda made it through.
