Adventure Twisted Side Story - CRAZZZZY RAT AND HIS CAST OF

[Anastasia]

You finish just as dawn breaks, the last bolt firmly in place.  You are hungry, but going home...

[Carthrat]

Stowing the Planar Lock in his cloak, Carthrat goes in search of some food..

[Anastasia]

You find some Animal Crackers in the kitchen and not much else.

[Carthrat]

Sighing to himself, Carthrat chows down on some crackers, then goes in search of a good place to hide the Planar Lock.

As all good thieves know, the best place to hide something is where nobody will look, and so Carthrat is on his way to remote territory, if he can scam it.

[Anastasia]

You find a quiet field a bit away from the houses, a picture of pastorial bliss. Looks good to you for a dropoff.

[Carthrat]

Carthrat sets the Planar Lock to trigger upon his leaving the plane. He makes certain he's set it so nobody can travel in *or* out. Wouldn't do to have some wandering traveller turn it off by accident.

Then, he buries it as deep as he can manage, before taking a fair bit of time to make sure it looks like just another patch of ground.

[Anastasia]

By the time you are finished, you are fairly sweaty and dirty, well aware of the fact that you need to bathe.  It's well past dawn now.

[Carthrat]

Carthrat heads on back to Tarra-chans house, with the intent of getting presentable..

[Anastasia]

You arrive to see Tarra-chan sitting on the couch.

"Are you alright, Ratty-Chan?" she asks when she sees your ruffled state of apperance.

[Carthrat]

"Never better," Carthrat-chan says, cheerfully. "Just doing some.. er.. farming. Now I have to take a bath."

With that, Carthrat-chan goes off to do so..

[Anastasia]

"You hear Tarra-Chan mutter 'Farming?!', but she does not stop you."  An half hour later you are clean and ready.  You are beginning to feel an odd lure to the tree from yesterday, as if you are being paged.

[Carthrat]

"Figures."

After getting dressed, Carthrat heads to the tree.. checking his scanner to see if the Planar Lock is still ready and untampered with. You can never be too careful.

[Anastasia]

As you leave, Tarra-Chan speaks to you again.

"Where are you going, Ratty-chan? Can I go with you?"

[Carthrat]

"Er, no. I must meditate in solitude to focus my kawaii energy. Your presence, cute as it is, will only distract my soul from finding it's innermost power."

Yeah, rip a line from one of those monks.

[Anastasia]

"Uh...okay." she says, blinking a few times.
