Oh hell. I was gonna bring Sai so she wouldn't try anything.. feh. I'll get him tonight.

Geez, he's gonna be laughing at me for a year straight. If he wern't the only person I really trust in these dark, dark times..

With nothing much left to do, Carthrat gets his stuff together and vacates Ukyo's house, before going to check his bank account.

Now.. there should be a few hundred grand in there.. in US, not yen.

Nothing of note happens during the trip.

The driver drops you off at the gates to Shizue chan's house.  Well, perhaps house is a bad choice of words. It is essentially a warehouse with generous amounts of armor, tacky Japanese/American/French decorations and enough hidden firepower to blow away a few dozen islands. A absurdly high(30 feet at least) steel and barb wire fence surrounds the compound, with hopefully fake grinning skulls mounted on the top.

You've never asked her about those and you get the feeling it's just as well.

Somehow, with the clash of barbed wire, gayly painted armor plating and other...things, the place is kind of inviting.  Or so freakish as to attract tourist, but hey.

The gate has an intercom for you to use to get in.
