Okay, bear in mind that land currency (gold/silver/copper/platinum coins) have a 1% fee to be exchanged into local currency. So show me how that all works out money wise with what you're purchasing already?

I am paid well still and mostly left to do my thing and am in a safe place to say enough is enough.

Which is way better than virtually everyone who reports to me.  So mostly try and make sure they have longer roads if I can.
