If I can't find anyone, maybe I'll just donate it to Aaeru's orphanage so they can play monster hunter on whomever picks up the belt, or something. I'm sure kids will find having a third eye super cool.

Luna Del Stronger: They'll offer 1,600 marks as well as a full analysis of it.
Markalos: A professional buyer, offering 3,600 marks for the belt.

I'll GI again to see who Markalos is, basically to find out about his reputation? +19 mod, I'll take ten... if I can get a boost of Heroism it'll be 31 total.

GI is a few hours, your duration on heroism is around an hour. No dice there.

Markalos is a procurer, a purchaser. In other words, he buys things for other people. Sort of like what Sanuth was doing, only hopefully with less purchasing for a homicidal fey Sharran. He's been active for a few years, usually in Balmuria for about half of the year at varying times. Not much of a charmer, but gets the job done.

Whurric doesn't really see anything bad there, so he'll sell to Markalos. He'll donate 300 gold to Aaeru's orphans if Aaeru tells him about her pretty little orphans and introduces them too.
