Charisma wellspring: This potion can increase a weak creature's Charisma. If drank by a creature with a Charisma score of 11 or less, they gain a permanent +1 bonus to Charisma. Ability damage, ability drain and penalties to ability scores are not counted for the sake of this - only the normal, intact ability score is. No gold value.

5000 divided by 6 is 833.33gp each.

Everyone gets a total of 1,195.5gp.

Inari will suggest Rock hold onto his money until he can buy food with it. Or magic everlasting rations or something. But if he wants to eat the gold more power to him.
