One of the ladies - a brunette with long legs and a warm smile, comes forward and takes your hand, "We made it ourselves," she giggles.

Do any of you have true seeing or the like?

"Oh, really? That's pretty impressive! What did you use for power? It's the tricky part, at least it was for me!"

[Ebiris]

Nothing like that for me and my dogs. They have scent in case the women smell like not-women I guess? They probably wouldn't care enough to say so either way though.

[Anastasia]

"Oh, that's the hard part," The brunette says, "Why don't you tell me your name...but I think it's Jaela,' The woman drops your hand. "Afina Devilsbane and Mirima of the Graceful Blow."

The woman transforms - becoming a stately female angel, an astral deva. The features are the same, including her hair color. At her action, the rest transform into various angels as well. "Let us dispense with the illusion," the angel says,  "To summarize a complex situation, we're impersonating a group of succubi in hopes of meeting one of their contacts and subverting intelligence from their contact."

After a moment for that, "I don't want the risk of misunderstandings, or that you've heard of this group and mistake us for them. Bloodshed amid us would be a tragedy."

[Corwin]

"I have to admit succubi were my first choice," Jaela voices with a shrug, looking over them for evil just in case it's an elaborate scam. "I'd say you're trying too hard, but succubi, am I right?"

[Ebiris]

"Also Bubbles, late of the Citadel of Ten Thousand Pearls," Afina says on behalf of her sadly not quite so renowned lover.

[Anastasia]

"Charmed," Bubbles drawls, "I was certain this was some sort of bait, dearies."

Mirima's expression is cool at best, a mere nod as she hangs back.

"Our enemies are not subtle ones,' The astral deva confirms.

[Corwin]

"Since you're busy I won't keep you away from your duties," Jaela says with a grin. "Have fun!"

[Anastasia]
