The elementals don't move from where they are, the ones not having a planar bubble protecting the one that does.

Yeah, not risking them in combat, just ignore them basically.

Zombies that attack you are impaled. The mere touch of your spear causes them to burst like overfilled sausages, acid hitting the ground. You stand alone, zombies falling before you en masse. Not a single one manages to touch you.

Quick note of dur, what's the range of gift of fire? Need to know if you were still in range of the zombies on all of you.
