"For the start, I think within Brightwater. I'm sure there's a permit or something I need... oh, I need to find out if they finished that contract, too..." Moore shakes his head quickly. "Most likely Brightwater and any of our other allies or neutral parties who wouldn't mind us spreading the information, but the trial run will be there."

[Anastasia]

"I have a friend who could do it," Filbrez says, "I've been asking around since the last time this sort of thing came up. All together he'd do it for a rate of 2 gold per paper, with a minimum of 1,000 sheets per week."

[Nephrite]

"Hmm... so we're looking at a cost of 2,000 gold per week? I think that's an acceptable cost." Moore says with a nod. "Oh, if it's out of Brightwater, I can use the writ to fund it for a month and see what it gets us... and if we want to keep going after that then we can make the decision." He says. "Ah, but I suppose I'm getting ahead of myself, I should probably ask for approval first, huh?"

[Anastasia]

"Let me know if you get it and we'll go with it," Filbrez says.

[Nephrite]

"All right." Moore nods.

He'll go ask Morniel and Gisfal (if they're around) if either of them have any objections to the idea.

I'm gonna pull rank and go OOC here one sec. This has been discussed OOC before, so let me put this up: Are people up for this and the cost from OOC discussions?

[Nephrite]

I feel like I'd need to confirm, but I'm pretty sure people were for us having more of a stake in the world outside of what we do.
