The sacrifices all moan as more power flows into Quinn, rushing into him like a river, visible now as a dull, dark red light.

The red electricity hits all of you - or would, but you're too fast. Jaela prays briefly, the lightning failing to touch her. Afina blurs and burst apart into air, reforming away from the lightning. Adrian just parries it, gathering it into Gaelach and sending it careening off to the side harmlessly. Dana stands there, shield-blocking it. Some is stopped, but she crackles and cooks before your eyes, screaming as Quinn laughs and suddenly the four of you are shoved back, hard.
