"You might have to face him alone, but no one said anything about you not getting help from outside sources. But is there really nothing we can do about this?" He looks over at Sylvie.

Life's Grace, CL17 (I think this covers everything death ward covers, but it also gives your armor ghost touch). lasts 17 minutes.
Surge of Hope, CL28 (+4 morale bonus on saving throws, attack rolls, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls). immune to fear. Everyone actually gets this. It lasts 28 minutes.
