Reflex save. This covers being bound by the chains. If you have immunity to paralysis or being directly grappled, you are not immune to this, but you gain a +10 bonus to the save. Reflex is irrelevant to the save, it's all or nothing.

Fortitude save, to cover the damage of the chains. Mettle applies if you have it.
