Moore can hear the faintest rumbling of stone, like a few pebbles moving, perhaps. It's coming from directly below the party.

A panicked rush. "Move!" Xandra seconds, everyone making it back to where the azer rested. Just in time, as it emerges from the ground and through the stairs. A great worm, a vast brown thing coiling up higher and higher, chasing you. Its head is big enough for and efreet clad in full plate armor to stand at the front, uncaring and imperious. Behind him stand three - a pit fiend clad in royal blue, a twisting green rod in hand. The second is a human, keeping his place on the worm's head, energy gathering around his hands, roiling and dark. The last is a nude woman, body pierced all over, distorted. Rods of metal are jammed through her, interlinked together with chains. Her entire body is deformed, broken charred, and yet she stands as...

Open Moore. You're on the azer floor, all of you just up. There's stairs up 10ft away and plenty of room to move here. The worm is about 20ft down the stairs, rising up towards all of you.
