I don't know. Perhaps Kassim of the Honored Flame does, but he refuses to speak of Razalim. He has refused to take the blade back when offered and laid a dreadful curse on the fool who tried to force it on him.

Kassim is a proxy of Kossuth. He does much and his motives are unknown to me, but he has no loyalty in Fire save to the Firelord. He is under Kossuth's protection in addition to his own magic, which is breathtaking in scope and knowledge. To see him we must petition Kossuth.
