"Heartsband will do. A paladin of Tyr leads them and they're all good sorts." Melia says, "They will insist on payment if you can afford to pay, and you can. There's a 2,000 gold pre payment and then 500 gold a week. They get any treasure they scavenge."

"If they recover anything that belongs to Celestia, they'll be compensated for it." Moore says. "That's fine, send them word when you can. Did you hear anything back from Silverbrow or the gentleman with the ring in Brightwater?"

[Anastasia]

"Yeah, that's the problem. From what I heard and was told, Sisatar's missing," Melia says, "I get the impression that they're quietly panicking as they try and track him down. Bad timing for sure."

[Nephrite]

"...Tch, that can't be a coincidence, especially with that other person who came to me with a poisoned letter." Moore says. "I'll reach out to them, but put the rest of your duties on hold. I'm going to reassign you to look into this. Sisatar isn't the type of person who just goes missing."

[Anastasia]

"Yeah, and it's gonna be a hard hunt. Those dragons have thrown every divination they have at it, I'd bet." Melia agrees, finishing off her meal. "No way in hell it's a coincidence if he's known as a supporter of anyone related to this war."

[Nephrite]

"I don't doubt it." Moore says. "All the more reason. Finally, anything on that guy being willing to trade the ring?"

[Anastasia]

"He's interested in meeting you about it - once the war finishes. He's not willing to risk himself until then, he has interests he doesn't want to face possible reprisals." Melia shrugs, "He's not opposed to careful intermediaries."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "That's fine. Anything else?"

[Anastasia]

"That's it," Melia says, "I'll get Heartsband over here as soon as I can pass them word, I'll need the 2,000 pre payment. Everything else is lost to the new news about the war, and who's going to get involved." Hopping up to her feet now, "Make sure the the kitchen crew doesn't die before I get back? I want to get this recipe."

I don't know if any of them would use the items, as I wouldn't myself.

The elemental fire ring is interesting, but I don't see it having much use for anyone, for example.
