"It is not for me to speak of," Cresiel shakes his head, "The Maiden of the Gate is hidden for good reason, Moore."

[Nephrite]

"We know." Moore says. "I uncovered something about them after Benfal. Somehow or another, Elena of Aurora was involved."

He pauses here a moment. "I've been slowly recalling bits and pieces. I've been given... a challenge, of sorts, from..." he gestures up towards Chronias. "To overcome the knowledge. I don't want you to just tell me who it is, but the fact that you know who they are tells me I'm on the right track."

[Anastasia]

"Then I will show you something, if this is a mission from above." Cresiel says, "Have you seen me use the Words for obscurity or invisibility?"

[Nephrite]

"No, but... now that you say it, I think it's been done before to discuss this sort of thing with me, I just never realized it." He says.

[Anastasia]

Cresiel utters the Words - words of silence, words of gentle rebuke. They surround Cresiel as he says, "Now attempt to detect magic on me. This usage will protect me as a nondetection spell."

"At the beginning, obviously." Moore says with a smile. "But I don't think that's how I need to approach this... but maybe it is." He shakes his head. "Are you saying that this Gatekeeper is hidden not just because of anathemic knowledge but because The Words hide them too?"

[Anastasia]

"The Archangels use many ways to hide themselves," Cresiel demurs, "I would not be surprised if it's one reason amid many."
