Nephrite

They will come across it when they need to. :)

Anastasia

<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

You fly about, taking it all in, taking in the slopes and mountains of Venya.

Soon enough as you do? 'Ah, I am the Seer of Knowledge. I have discerned that you approach, Duke,' A man's voice, rather normal sounding, is heard in your mind. 'I would guide you to the Ring Library.'
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

'We would be honored, Seer.' Is his reply.

Anastasia

In answer a silvery portal appears before you.

'Please, enter.'

Moore gestures to Kaja and steps through!

You appear in an airy place, lit bright by the light from above. Walls of glass are about, as well as great bookshelves floating about in neat rows. You stand on a platform of the same clear, light warmed glass, able to see all about. A library on a gentle curve, no floor. Only open space, the occasional place to sit and table to go with it, and bookshelves.

Outside you can see a network of clear, glass rings, each quite large, in a loosely connected formation, floating in midair.

Below you can see the ground. You're quite a way up, enough to where things on the ground look quite small. High up as the birds fly, surely.

"Ah, So it is like a tower." Moore says with a smile. "Still, I appreciate the aesthetic."

A look and glance around at what some of the books are: are they organized by subject? By author? He's curious!

The Authority surely knows they're there now, so he can visit them at his leisure.

Anastasia

'Each ring is a different thing. This is a library of books, the nearest one is a library of verbal stories.'

The voice speaks to you, a faint sense of a presence. '...ah, you would know Elena,' the voice says, 'I am the Seer of Knowledge. I have no physical body to greet you with, but I am present. I am something not entirely unlike her existence, close enough to understand, save I do not manifest a form as she does.'

"I'd love to hear your story sometime." Moore says aloud, as if addressing something physical in front of him. "It's a pleasure, nonetheless. Do the rings themselves actually have as much space as they need to? I'm familiar with the idea of warping space so that it's malleable."

Anastasia

Kaja looks around, "...this. This is my lair, if I ever make one," he says aloud.

'We have enough space, as much as is needed, the rings can grow,' The Seer of Knowledge explains. 'Lord Erathaol has permanently adjusted the dimensions of this place so they have space to grow as required, as well as installed portals for faster travel. It is the hereditary domain of every Authority of Wisdom.'

Moore laughs a bit. "You like the glass that much?" He shakes his head, then nods. "That makes sense. What makes this place different from Xiranthador, then?"

Anastasia

"Xirandathor is more focused,' The Seer of Knowledge explains, 'More gathered. All knowledge is gathered here, even if it seems meaningless. What we gather and sort is kept here or copied over to Xirandathor if it is useful or holy knowledge, for understanding knowledge is part of the Authority's duties.'

"I'll have to come back here and see if I can find more on the research I'm pursuing." Moore says with a smile. "At any rate, would you direct me to the Authority?"
