Either way, Moore would do research on Arcadia anyway to figure out what the "limits of Arcadia" means. Literal? Figurative?

There was a book that mentioned it, but on reflection I think it was before your time.

The Hecatoncheires is said to be an abomination, a horrible, one hundred armed behemoth that rages against the divine. You've heard that it's destroyed entire armies and was once some manner of divine champion, but the details are hazy and not spoken of. You'd have to investigate.

118 on K:P, does Celestia have anyone known for knowledge about Arcadia? What even IS Arcadia, anyway?

Arcadia is an upper plane and is LG, but closer to LN than Celestia. It's about evenly split between influence of Celestia (inclusive of the House of the Triad as well, who have a lot of swing here) and Mechanus.

There's lots known for knowledge of Arcadia, as it is a close realm that Celestia keeps an interest in.
