It comes out to be a beautiful pendant of platinum with the jewel hanging from it. It's a fine work, far fine rthan you imagine you could make on your own.

Wow, nice. Is there any way I can combine it with my current amulet (+7 natural armor)? Or do I have to sell my current one, pay to enchant the new one? Any way to speed that up?
