The blast blows past both of you. How Antenora dodges it you'll never know. She's just not there somehow as you block - it engulfs you. A massive stream of energy that flays at your flesh and chips at your bones. Yet you stand it despite the pain, enough blocked to dull the damage. But not stop it as you can see more gathering ahead, more ready to come your way.

There's no sign of the crystal creature birthed, nor of anything else. The path is gone, only utter dark around you in every direction. You can feel the air of the realm press against you, as if trying to hold you in place. The gravity feels stronger by the moment, your body and armor heavier.

She retreats back through twisted space to regroup with Antenora. "I'll need a bit more healing to stand up to this," she asks, wishing Marie was here to use her planar perinarch spell to try taking control of the Abyss for a bit.

Although speaking of Marie? She shrinks down to the size of a thimble and grabs onto Antenora's shoulder. "Head for the source and don't slow down, I'll hold on," she says, quite literally piggy-backing off of Antenora's evasive skills. She gave them to her, it's only fair.

Move to reach Anty, swift to turn fine size, swift for quickened/maximised limited wished cure critical wounds (+104 hp after sensual blessing) standard to grab her. I'm done.
