Can I get an overview of the spell so I can plan?

Sure. It's a simple variant of levitation, better at moving objects and suited for it.

Can I assume it's possible for her to develop a whole line of spells based on it?

[Anastasia]

It's a levitation spell. She probably could I suppose?

Alyssa sends a whisper of an idea to her, an image of the spell branching out towards the horizon, leading to new variations and new spells.

Araseis is quiet until she at last breathes out, then writes intently even as she studies the spell.

These are my minor todos:
-More Lizard stuff.
-Refugees: look for anyone of note/talent, put Emily on reuniting families, ect.
-Have the others take a corner/valley/whatever to establish their own strongholds/temples/whatevers.
-Try to contact Mystra to see if she wants some of her peeps in my area for cooperative research/education/ect.

Major ones are to check in with my followers. I had that big thing for Lasri.

Okay, so what's your plan for people taking their own part of the realm precisely, just so we're on the same page?

That's sorta up to them. They can just like, set up wherever they want, really, outside of just declaring "all habitable space is mine." I was figuring they could have like their own primary outpost/town/whatever somewhere in the realm and then like a joint temple inside the main city or something. If they want to set up in the main city and just have like their own district or whatever, that's fine too.

Cozy.

You have to admit it's not the word you might expect to describe Jarem's new home. A large valley mostly filled in by a series of sturdy stone buildings and fortresses, interconnected into tunnels and natural caves built into the mountains around them. Yet inside is just that - cozy. Warm, well kept, comfortable. A fortress but not one without comforts as Jarem leads you along.

"Palaces are outgrowths of castles that value wealth and opulence more than defense," Jarem begins, "They're the mark of empires and large kingdoms that no longer need a central holdfast like that." As you walk down torch lit halls he goes on, "You can live here in comfort even in a siege, and learn so much about dungeon and underground warfare." A glance, "I'm going to build towers and sky mounts for more open spaces above this, but one step at a time. It can be a palace without sacrificing its defenses. To teach those who study here that there's more to defense than just stone and strength."
