Bit of a technical question: would Xorn movement cover the current distance? And if pushed as much power as I could into tremorsense, how far would it go?

Do you mean it covers the distance in one move? It's a few thousand feet away so no. As for tremorsense I'd have to look up the source and the distance it gives. Generally you can't push it - it is what ti is for the range of it.

Alright, then what about using Xorn Movement to get close and then Screen in like a dome?

You said Xorn can't cover the movement space in one casting, so I need to get close enough that it will, so I can send the lizards to the structural weak points of the tower in groups large enough that they're able to shake it apart.

I said in one move, not one casting. You should be able to reach there in one casting with your high CL.

It would depend on your movement speeds, but on a glance, the lizards would need a second casting. You might be able to get away without on personally, though.

Alyssa casts Xorn Movement, Tremorsense, and Shrink Person on the group, then leads them to a spot close enough and uses Stone Shape to open a small space for everyone to fit in.

Once there, she'll refresh the Xorn Movement and Tremorsense on the Lizards and then direct them into position to shake the tower.
