Another thought suddenly comes to him.

"Er.. mind if I crash here tonight? My, uh, apartment block got burnt down. Freak fire. I have to talk to insurance people. I'll pay you, if you want, and I'll be out of your hair tomorrow."

Carthrat stretches, and decides to take a quick shower before leaving.

After that, he uses Ukyo's phone to phone his insurance agency.

Then, he decides to find Sai and have a beer. He'll be thrilled with this story, definately.

The insurance agency call gets you an appointment with an agent tomorrow to sort out this mess. Apparently, the buildings collaspe was a minor news story.
