My answer to Prophecy's puzzle.

Each new term in the series is made by factorising the previous number into its prime components it looks like. Those factors are written down in ascending order to make the new term. So 4 is 2x2, hence 22, which is 2x 11 hence 211

However this doesn't fit quite for 12 or 100 (12 should become 223, not 2223, which would be 24, 100 should become 2255, not 255, which would be 50)

so 15->35->57->319->2911->4171->4397 (4397 is prime so series just infinitely repeats 4397->4397->4397 from that point on)
