Dracos

Garland quickly side stepped to the left, swinging to catch Alex's first attack and move him between Craig and him!

Well, Goodbye.

Seeing an opportunity catch Garland between two blades, Alex thrusts for is side, the side that will put Craig the least in danger should he pull off a miracle dodge.

"Get him," Alex calls out to the man on the other side, putting all of his bulky muscle behind it with a cry.

Now that Alex was joining in, Craig dived to the side, shelving aside distraction tactics in favor of using his greater agility to get to the side and get Garland in a pincer attack, knives flashing once more to their owner's will.

Garland grimaced, the battle turning slowly but surely against him as he took a step back and swung out in a huge arc around himself, attempting to drive both of them back or sever them across the chest.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Holding his blade up to parry, Alex hopes to deflect any damage! And after that, assuming grevious injury isn't taken, he uses the instant he has to do the one thing no male should do - go for the low blow with his boot, looking to crush Garland's orbs in one fell kick.

Alex's blade is practically torn from his hands as Garland makes his mighty swing, sending it flying across the room, missing Helena's head by a narrow margin.

And then it happened... the foot swung forth... slamming low.  Metal groaned as Garland's eyes tripled in size, a painful slightly higher pitched whimer exiting his mouth as he briefly froze in pain.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Craig's foot suddenly lashed  out as he pivoted on his heels to smash the knight right square in the face with full force, even as his blades followed up to disarm the knight of his blade in that moment his hold slacked. Intending to bring this fiend to justice...would look damn good in the eyes of that red head.

..except for the fact that Helena was rapidly dragging Sara *away* from the fight and *towards* the castle exit..

Garland went down!  The mighty knight collapsing on the floor, his cape covering his form as his sword clanged to the ground.

They'd done it!

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Breathing a sigh of relief, Alex takes a moment to do the prudent thing - getting Garland's sword in hand. With that done, assuming Craig hasn't started it, he goes to place his weight on the knight in case he still has plans to try and get up.

"Well, he sure fought like a beast." Craig sighed as he put away his knives for now, resting his hands on his knees as he took a few breaths to recover from the fight. "Wonder why he put up such a fight for the princess, though. He doesn't quite strike me as the type to be in it for a quick buck."

On that note, he eyed Garland's sword a bit greedily before shaking himself and helping Alex make sure that the knight didn't get back up. "What's the deal with the orb, though?" He pointed to the dark orb towards the back for Alex's benefit as he also settled his weight down on Garland.

Alex shakes his head once both things are done, taking in restful and refreshing breaths himself. "Eh, I don't think it matters too much," he says to Craig, for the moment putting the blade as best he can in his sheath, assuming it's not an absurd notion.

"Let's just get his armor off, bind him, and get the Princess out of here. I don't want to tempt fate any more than I have to."

"I'll take off his armor and bind him. In case he tries to escape you'll be able to hold him down since you're the stronger of the two of us." Craig got to work, pulling away the cloak off Garland first before he'd begin taking off the knight's equipment.

Alex nods, putting all of his 200ish pounds right on Garland as Craig gets to work. "...Make sure he doesn't have a dagger on him somewhere, too," he adds as an afterthought.

Patricia chanted as soon as Garland landed on the ground, healing magic swirling around Craig and Alex and restoring their few wounds and bruises.  "Thank goodness."
