Looks like Fallacies puzzle stumped everyone :)

Solution: The groups represent the multiplication table. Group 1 is the 2x table. group 2 the 3x, group 3 the 4x and so-on. Numbers are replaced with letters, so B=2, D=4.. However only those numbers that are actually required for the multiplication table (up to 10x10) are assigned letters in ascending order. Since the 1x row is part of the table, 1-10 are A-J, thereafter all numbers that are either prime or cannot be factorised into 2 nmubers <10 are omitted, so 12 is K, 14-L, 15 is M, 16 is N, 18 is O, 20 is P, 21 is Q, 24=R, 25=S, 27=T, 28=U, 30=V, 32=W, 35=X, 36=Y and 40=Z.

11,13,17,19,23,29,31 and 37 are primes > 10 so no numbers are assigned
22  (11x2), 26 (13x2), 33 (11x3), 34 (17x2), 38 (19x2) and 39 (13x3) all have one factor >10, so they are not required in a multiplication table to 10x10

Hence Group 4 (the 5x table) is

Ah, I knew it was a math puzzle, but at the same time, I didn't assume omission of numbers partway through but not the whole way through.  Would've gotten it wrong for values past a point due to that.
