"Tarra-chan, I'm leaving. Teach Sailor Ratty Chan how to use his weapons!" he yells as he gets up and walks out.  Tarra-chan walks back in and motions for you to follow her.

You walk a down the hallway into a largish empty room.

"You can learn in here. Do you want to start with the Kawaii Railgun Blaster?"
