You lunge into the unprotected Jade, slashing and ripping. Her tentacles try to come up in vain, erupting from her skin, but they're severed. Your combust fizzles against her, but you still rip deeplyinto her. She's bleeding on the ground, over a dozen wounds - but living, breathing, coughing painfully. "Y-you..." she manages.

Seriously, Alicia is not Usagi, Rei. Chill.

It's like a tug of war, almost. Pulling back and forth on it, Malcanthet seen. A spectral image in your mind's eye as in that moment the two of you clash. Darkness, lust, consumption. All wage against you, a warrior of light and magic. A skirmish but one that you win, pushing away all that crowds you as you grasp the spark within you. You got it!

A moment later, there is a tremendous din above, much of the ceiling all around collapsing inward. Fortunately, Marie's wall protects all of you. Above, held in check by one part, is a massive meteorite. Bigger than the building, pitted with holes in it in which slaad of all kinds can be glimpsed. Hundreds and hundreds of slaad, pouring down a second later, rapidly beginning to surround the battlefield.

Marie and I will handle the rabble," she says, unruffled as a pair of radiant lances burst out from her outstretched palm first to the left and then to the right, targeting a bigger slaad on either side whereupon they detonate in massive explosions of light, searing and blinding frogs all over!
