"Asked Relm if I should.  She said no, very bad karma."

[Rezantis]

"She did not."

[Bjorn]

Bjorn scratches his head.  "Or maybe I will ask her?  Not sure.  Anyways, it sounds like the sort of thing she would say."

[Rezantis]

"No, it sounds like the sort of thing you want her to say.  She's on my side, if you recall.  She even provided cookies last time."

[Bjorn]

"Hey, you're the guardian, I'm the priest.  I'm pretty sure that makes me senior."

[Rezantis]

"You're not her priest."

[Bjorn]

"Sure I am!" Bjorn responds cheerfully.  "Sure, the ordination went through Universal Life, but they let me be a priest of whoever I want.  She recommended me, which counts for a lot, plus I got all these prophetic vision things goin' on.  If that doesn't make me a priest of Delphi, what would?"

[Rezantis]

"Mind-altering substances and the ability to translate into hexameter verse?"

[Bjorn]

Bjorn waves a hand dimissively.  "That's the old way of doing things.  Gotta update for the modern generation.  I don't really think I need mind altering substances, and phat rhymes have replaced the hexameter."

[Rezantis]

"That's rather disturbing.  Care to give us a prophecy in that format?"

[Bjorn]

"Payment up front.  Artwork, preferably in bronze, or cash equivalent."  He pauses.  "Or cookies."

[Rezantis]

"I gave you some sunglasses earlier."

[Bjorn]

"For unrelated reasons, and it's payment unacceptable to the Oracle, sorry.  You can have 'em back, though."

[Rezantis]

"Unacceptable to the oracle my ass," Nathan rolls his eyes, "I think she'd approve of seeing you wear them."

[Bjorn]

"Yeah, well, I don't.  I alternate between feeling like an 80s reject and a gangster, and I don't like either.  And just because the Oracle likes to see me humiliated doesn't mean that it's a valid payment for a prophecy."
