Your spear stabs into the dragon and you lunge forward. You pass through all of it in a few seconds, a blur of motion as you impale it from neck to tail. Hardened by the cold and no longer liquid, the dragon is torn apart and falls, before exploding violently above the ground.

Free act for the moment. You put a huge hurting on it at first and then cold + more damage did it in.

Mei catches up and in the distance you can see The Master, Dana and the efreet hurrying along. As you study the tower - oh no. Oh no. The entire thing is one arcane channel, about to discharge an absurd amount of destructive power at whereever its controller pleases. As in shatter islands and break dragons in half sort of force.

My thoughts on disrupting the spell itself/the mechanism for it/the caster's concentration with an Earthquake used on the tower? KA 10 for 59, K:Architecture and Engineering 10 for 32 if relevant.

You know that destroying the tower would stop it. An Earthquake would have a shot depending on how reinforced the tower is and how protected it is.

Incidentally, you'd estimate you're about 2000ft from the tower, give or take.

The Master and friends are about 600ft away from you.

For the second time in this series of skirmishes Jaela dismisses the monolith and becomes the wind! She dashes ahead, crossing hundreds of feet in a flash! It is not in vain, however; catching up to the others places Jaela within the extreme range of her spells, and she doesn't waste a moment forcing the ground underneath the tower and further away to dance!

Running flat out to move 600ft closer. Using a swift action to cast Earthquake to catch the tower. The center would be in a direction farther from me, in the hopes that the tower is hit unevenly and tilts in that direction if it survives outright destruction. Either way, hoping to force a concentration check from the caster.

Okay, while this won't bring down the tower, it may well disrupt what's happening. There's no rule that smoothly covers this, so I'm going to call it an opposed caster level check. If there's a caster or user directly involved, his concentration isn't relevant to what's going on.

Go ahead and make one for earthquake, Jaela. It's basically two spells squaring off in the most elemental way possible.

You just catch up to Dana and the others as the beams come forth. Dana grunts and brings her shield up, parrying the blast. The Master sways like the wind, not missing a step as he evades the beam. The efreet barely has time to react before he's hit, reduced to dust. You don't see what happens to the beam fired back at Mei or the elemental, as you have to stop and dodge the blast at you. The Triune's protection comes through, as the beam sputters out before it touches you.

"Damn," Dana says, "Fuckers aren't even trying to send creatures at us anymore, just blast us from fucking afar."

"Mei, get closer and shield with the wall!" Jaela yells back, dashing closer still.

My third run of 600ft should bring me within ~200ft of the tower, due to the original distance of around 2,000ft. Can you please note where everyone else is from the tower by the time the next round starts for me, whether I can see any entrances to the tower and if they're open/closed, and whether my earlier KA and K:engineering and architecture results also gave me an idea about the best place to hit it to destabilize it?
