"I didn't until you mentioned it." Moore says with a bit of a smile. "I learned a while ago to trust how the Mountain deigns to reveal its wisdom."

[Anastasia]

You're lead inside - austere, plain and to the point. To a simple room with a few pillows to sit on. "If you need a chance to rest or meditate, this is a good place for it."

"I will take you up on the offer, Master Vyth." Moore says as he flies over to lay down on one of the pillows. He's been at it for a while, so taking a few minutes to reflect on everything should be fine.

Hiwa's Toga: +9 armor bonus to armor class. It has additional powers relating to sex, which Tepen stonily refuses to go into. It radiates overwhelming evil and he councils it be destroyed at the soonest opportunity. With your leave he'll have it destroyed immediately.

Trahere Animam: This pentagram amulet radiates overwhelming evil. Tepen can't tell what it does, but he cautions no righteous person to touch it or wear it.

Willah's dress - This dress grants a +8 profane bonus to Charisma and a +1 bonus to a marshal's major auras.

Okay, quick question. How are you carrying or transporting Trahere Animam?

[Nephrite]

I would presume (and correct me if I am wrong) that Tepen would've put it in some sort of cool and awesome 'box for evil things' or something similar as I'm sure they had to handle it in some nature to look at it to begin with. If this is not the case and/or there is not a holdy box for evil things then he would have left it back at Aurora.
