This floor looks to be the actual armory - it's behind heavy, sealed iron doors that only open to Cresiel's hammer. Glancing in, there's a variety of weapons, arms and similar things stored here.

Most of it isn't magical, but there are a few cursed pieces - all in their own section. How much are you taking. There's lots of non magical gear to take, or otherwise you could just take magical pieces or anything in between. It'll just take time.

Are the cursed pieces such that just taking them is bad or is it more of a "only if you try and use them" sort of thing?

If it's the latter, then they'll take everything. Moore will use Limited Wish to mimic Shrink Item, but in a form that's Mass, to just shrink all the non magical things so he can grab it all in one go easily.

Like, as long as just taking them is fine, then they'll take them and remove the curses later.

That'll help speed it up, but it's a matter of it being a few rooms and effort, so it will still take some time. And yeah, latter so only if you try and use them.
