Hidden truths

[Anastasia]

Sylvie rolls her eyes so hard that you're pretty sure the building just shifted.

Eyes turn to her while Kaja says, "It has to happen once in awhile."

"Perhaps it does," Sylvie agrees, "When that day comes, I'll rejoice."

"Ahem," Jetina clears her throat, "I'll go with you. Cresiel?"

"As you request," Cresiel rises, "The three of us."

[Nephrite]

"The three of us." Moore confirms. "We'll be back shortly."

Hit up the Blessing Stone for Epic Mage Armor (CL24), Mind Blank (CL17) and Afina's Perfect Sight (CL27).

Moore will throw out Inspire Heroics for 10 minutes of +20 dodge to AC and +20 morale bonus to saves. That should cover our basics.

He'll just aim for Earthfall with a Greater Plane Shift and we'll go from there.

It's a big area, aiming for anywhere in particular?

[Nephrite]

If Sylvie has a suggestion as to where the largest cave might be there, but otherwise we'll go the center and I can Lay of the Land it.

[Anastasia]

"One problem," Sylvie points out when you ask her about that. "The area's teleport blocked. I'm not sure if that changed after Aurora, but you may need to approach from outside of it."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "If we do we do." He says. "Any reason why? Was it just something that happened?"

[Anastasia]

"I believe it was the dragon's meddling, but it's before my time," Sylvie admits, "I don't think it's important, anyway."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. He will try and Plane Shift them there regardless!

If it doesn't work, he'll go try a mile out - then two, until it works.

[Anastasia]

The first one fails, sure enough.

The second one does not. In the distance of Air you can see it. A great, broken heap of mountains and earth, shattered. It is clustered - hundreds and hundreds of air elementals surround it, a whipping windstorm felt even from here. Dust is sent flying, broken apart.

[Nephrite]

"Interesting." Moore says. "We may have to deal with that proxy whether we want to or not. But let's try and avoid them if we can."

Moore will cast Moore's Marvelous Invisibility on the three of them and then continue on. We may as well try and do this stealthy-like!

[Anastasia]

In that case give me Stealth checks, oh pixie.

You come closer - you see that the grit and rubble from it spreads outward like a sandstorm. You can first feel it as you get within a half mile or so. It doesn't feel painful, you're far too tough for that, but it's going to send grit everywhere and potentially over all of you.

[Nephrite]

Moore will create a bubble of force via alter reality around the three of them - it's invisible too so it shouldn't be an issue to be noticed.

Do I see anything within four miles that I would note as the 'largest cave'?

[Anastasia]

Yes, one huge, gaping cavern entrance on the largest chunk still intact.
