[Anastasia]

You can almost see the cutesy smile on the masked one's face as he speaks. "Then let me explain, Kawaii Champion."

"One thousand, two hundred and twenty nine years ago, we Tarrasques liked in cuteness and harmony. But...One who disliked this rose up cast it aside, becoming the first Ager.  You see, normally a Tarrasque stays young and cute forever. However, this One found a way to thwart this blessing. He calls it the Hag Virus. It turns any good Tarrasque from a lovely, happy creature into the ugly, world trashing freaks known and feared far and wide."

"Ever since then, we have lost more and more of our numbers to this Hag Virus. Nothing we could do could stop this. As we lost friends and family...we found they would show up on other worlds, causing massive havoc and death. Not only that, the Agers lose the Kawaii Magic they have, but possess God level power, endurance and might. We could do nothing...Until we managed to focus our power into one worthy avatar of cute - Sailor Ratty Chan!"

[Carthrat]

These people are insane and should be culled to further the intellecutal growth of the universe.

[Anastasia]

"You possess the Kawaii weapons and power to battle and reverse the effects of the Hag Virus. Your Syringe is the vessel you can purify with, and you have several weapons that will help you subdue other Agers."

He pauses speaking for a moment, seemingy studing your face.

"But I understand that is a difficult task. Tell me, have you ever heard of a Ring of Wishes?"

[Anastasia]

"Yes," The masked one turns to Tarra-chan. "Could you leave the room for a moment?" Tarra-chan does so quietly.

"I'll be honest; I have enough knowledge of humans that I suspect some sort of payment will be needed for your services. Awhile ago, a planar traveler accidentally left a Ring of Wishes here. Sadly, we found that they are not potent enough to affect a Tarrasque except in one special way, BUT they are extrodinarily useful to a human. I am willing to exchange the ring for your services."

[Carthrat]

Carthrat paused. There had to be strings attached; apart from the small matter of slaying- no, 'healing' the Tarrasques..

"And.. what way can it affect Tarrasques?

More to the point. Why me? You must know I'm the antithesis of virtually everything you stand for, and my friends aren't any better, so there's no real way you could mix this up."

[Anastasia]

"You see, no matter how badly you wound a Tarrasque, it will regenerate. The void of space, the strongest spells, even celluar degeneration will not stop this.  Only a correctly worded wish can stop this long enough for one to die. I do not know if your nuclear weapons would be powerful enough to surpass this...but I'd rather not find out." it says, a bit of...worry in it's voice.

Sighing, he continues on. "The short of it is that you are compatible and strong enough to use the energy. Your female side has an spectacular innate level of Kawaii tolerance. Coupled with your male side's intelligence and build, you make an excellent choice. That, and you have the entire destiny thing making it a lock."

[Carthrat]

"Destiny. I hate that word.

But this is a contradiction. Wasn't I supposed to.. 'heal' them, anyway? Or are you more of a realist than Tarra-chan there?"

[Anastasia]

"Hmm, no, the idea is to heal them. Besides the fact that we don't have nearly enough Wishes for all the Agers...It is far better to heal them."

[Carthrat]

"I.. see.

Was there a particular need to send such an impressionable and hyperactive th- er, person to get me? Instead of, perhaps, one who is calm and dosn't cause a few million dollars worth of property damage?"

[Anastasia]

"Tarra-chan is our beauty queen and most charismatic individual. We thought she would easily wow you into coming.  Did it not work out that way?"

[Carthrat]

"Ahh. Do want to know what she did?"

Carthrat, quickly and succintly, describes exactly how Tarra-chan managed to ruin his apartmentblock and probably half of Tokyo.

"Now, the only reason I'm here is because I had a bout of temproary insanity. Do you understand my inital.. and continuing.. apprehension?"

[Anastasia]

The masked one shudders. "Oh dear, she did all that damage? The Hag Virus must have been hurting her more than she let on. As for that...I suppose all the Kawaiiness was too much for you at first." It's voice becomes cheerier as he speaks. "But don't worry, with the Kawaii powers in you now, you'll soon be happy with it. In fact, you'll be the cutest one here by the time everything is done!"

[Carthrat]

"I'm not that kind of person! I'm violent, stubborn, angry, and impulsive! Attractive, maybe, but that's not really an issue for me.

This.. this.. this isn't me. At all. And I don't know if I can do half of what you want the way you want."

[Anastasia]

"Maybe so, but you have to try. And I'm sure you'll end up being better at it than you think, Sailor Ratty Chan." The cute cheer in his voice is thick enough to use as a pillow.
