I have a dream that one day, men will be punched in the face not for the color of their skin, but for the awful content of their character.

"Put him down," says Daggedal. "What do you think? They're survivors," he says. "I highly doubt they're enemy agents, unless somebody is playing a very cagey game."
[19:14] <Annerose> Aww, mouth not outpacing brain after all?

Dracos

"Yes...but how did they survive?" O'karn grunts, wanting information.  "They just hid and the army that wiped out everything didn't touch them?"

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Carthrat

"That about sums it up," replies Daggedal. "They used some kind of sealing magic."

O'karn grumbles, not really satisfied with the answer as he put down one of the chatty brats.  "Found some others snooping around for treasure.  One remains.  You find out what he knows."  O'karn points back to the body and then turns, "Don't mess with the stuff before I get back."

O'karn goes and takes one of the other paths, looking around the castle for any more hanger-ons that look suspiciously killable.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Carthrat

"Try and avoid killing them," calls Daggedal. "We can always kill them, but we can only interrogate them while they're alive."

Figment

Kneeling next to the unconcious man, Devon tries to determine when he might be waking up.

kpjam

Devon has no idea how long the prisoner will be out.  Lifting his eyelids, he can see them unfocused and dialated.
he secret of tomb has been revealed, do nothing!

Figment

"Well, this one could be waking up in the next few minutes, or next week. I don't know," Devon shrugged as he stood.

Merc

ooc: *gleefully accepts the award from drac* btw, is it my imagination or has O'karn become more...well spoken? ^_^;

"Pain is a rather good way to hasten consciousness at times. Have you tried stepping on him or slapping his face around?" Remdos offers.
<Cidward> God willing, we'll all meet in Buttquest 2: The Quest for More Butts.

Figment

Pulling out a couple of short lengths of cord, Devon kneels down next to the unconcious man and binds his hands behind him and his legs together.

Striding out the room, O’karn searches the castle for other inhabitants, things of interest, meaning killable, or pretty treasures.  He begins in the basement, finding an torture chamber that hasn’t been used in quite a while, a jail cell, the sewer system, a door leading outside into the tunnel that reeks of death, a large armory, and what appeared to be the treasury.

The jail, torture chamber, and sewage room fail to contain anything of real interest to O’karn.  The armory is well stocked, but stocked for puny humans.  The treasury appears almost bare, a few coins and gems are scattered around, and a few cages and chests seem to have been forced open.

Dracos

O'karn grunts and returns to the main chamber, "So what have scrawny humans discovered from weakling scrawny human?"

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Figment

"Nothing yet, we were just about to wake him up," Devon shrugs as he double checks the bindings.

Satisfied with his handywork, Devon sets about slapping the prisoner awake. "Wake up!"

Dracos

O'karn lowers his mask and stands nearby looking mean.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

The man's eyes flit open.  He coughs, and blood can be seen to fleck from his mouth, before his head lolls backwards, bonelessly.
