"Ah, what does what one need when one goes travelling?"  Luciano asks a bit stiffly, somewhat embarrased at not knowing.
riss and I against the world!

Rackham and Nirae get no breaks...

Why, oh why wasn't I born rich?

Sunhawk

Bran rises and dresses, checking over his gear (weapons, armor, ect) one last time, and then heads downstairs to meet the others.

CyMage

Azen looks at Luciano strangely.  Then gives a quick, short list.  Weapons, armor, clothes, food and water, first aid, rope, and money.  "If you don't have some of those, we can pick them up along the way."

Facing everyone, he nodded.  "Now if that's out of the way, please go get your horses and meet me by the North Gate.  I have my pony ready there."

He started towards the door.
He's history...play with fire and you get burned."-Magus

And then the mage drew his two handed sword.  "Shit! We're screwed!"

Corwin

"Would you know of any stables nearby?" Cedric asks Azen before he leaves.

CyMage

Blinking twice, the halfling stared at Cedric.  "You don't have a horse?"  Then he looked at the others.  "You all don't have horses?  Well, I do know of a stable near the North Gate.  Head towards the gate on Imperium road, you should run into Honest Julius' Used Horses by the time you get to the gate."

"I shall see you soon, citizens."  With that, he leaves the inn.

Bran mutters under his breath.

"USED horses?"

He then shrugs and goes off to see this "Honest" Julius.  At the least, horsemeat is a possibility...

Trunkyboy

Luciano follows Bran, mentally counting what little gold he has left.  Hopefully, he would be able to buy a horse.

OCC:  DM, I have a little under a hundred gold left, I don't know exactly how much.

Corwin

Cedric twitches slightly, and tries not to think of the manner in which the horses were 'used', but heads in the direction of those stables.

Arriving at Honest Julius Used Horses, they find it to be a mediumish building with a large stables next to it.  A young lad sitting near the entryway.  A sign beside the entry way stating: "Come on in!"

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Trunkyboy

Luciano does so, if not at all comforted by the appearance of the building.

Cedric follows Luciano, glancing at the various used horses on sale.

Honest Lucius, as you can tell from his honest looking face smiles as you enter and comes over, "So what can I do for you boys?  Looking for a few horses?  Well, that's what I'm here to provide if you got the gold to pay for it."

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Trunkyboy

"I need a horse, something that won't die out on me after a few days of travel.  And, uh, how much do your horses run?"
riss and I against the world!

Rackham and Nirae get no breaks...

Corwin

Cedric waits to hear the prices.

Dracos

"Depends the color of your gold.  I got some that I'd let go for a bent coin, and some that are a thousand gold a week."

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.
